Grant, the jailing of Pauline Hanson and David Ettridge must be fully investigated through an Independent Body.  Any attempt to Cover Up Evidence that led to their Incarceration must be Publicly Exposed.

 

The sacking of one Bureaucrat should not prevent Australians from learning the Truth, and Nothing but the Truth, Re; the following:

 

  1. Did Judge Patsy Ann Wolfe Misdirect the Jury?  Was the Judge Politically Appointed?  Has the Judge previously delivered a similar sentence of Three Years with No Parole to felons Convicted in Her Court?
  2. What part, if any, did the Beattie Government play in this saga?
  3. The Electoral Commission must be disqualified from Investigating the Hanson, Ettridge affair because of their original involvement, whilst the same should Apply to a Senate Enquiry.  To do otherwise would be Undemocratic and A Conflict of  Interest, in that their Committee would comprise Liberal, National, Labor, Democrat and Green Parliamentary Members who in Prior Elections, Advised Australian Voters to  place Pauline Hanson, One Nation Candidates, Last on their Ballot Papers.
  4. To Publicly Name the financial Contributors to the Tony Abbott Conspiracy Fund, AKA, “Australians for Honest Politics” which raised nearly $100,000 dollars to Funds Civil Actions against, Pauline.  In addition, how many, if any of Tony Abbots Senior Colleagues or Bureaucrats were aware or privately Supported his Activities?  Grant, the failure of Premier Beattie and the Howard Government to immediately set up an Independent Enquiry and the Silence of the Opposition Parties to demand one, leaves one Question unanswered.  Was the Unjust Punishment meted out to Pauline Hanson and David Ettridge, brought on by a possible Amalgamation of Bi-Partisan  Political Parties to Permanently Eliminate Pauline from Voicing her Concerns for Australian’s Future?

 

An Independent Enquiry is the only way we’ll learn who was Responsible for Instigating these Frivolous and Vexatious Actions.

Grant, on Thursday, October 30, we discussed the dangers of Genetically Modified Canola.

 

Surprise, Surprise! News.com.au on November 6 2003 put out a press release headed, GM crop resists poison breaks fence.

 

TRIALS of the nation’s first commercial genetically modified food crop have been found to be in breach of their licence conditions.

 

The Network of Concerned Farmers today released internal NSW Agriculture documents showing concerns over the trials of GM canola near the city of Wagga Wagga.

 

The documents show the canola, created by BayerCropscience to be resistant to a new type of herbicide, had spread from its small trial plot into a neighboring wheat field.

 

Despite efforts to poison and then slash the plants they survived to the stage that they flowered, putting them in breach of their growing licence conditions.

 

NSW, along with most other states, has a moratorium on GM food crops but is allowing trials such as the staged at Wagga.

 

But both Bayer and Monsanto, which is waiting on final federal approval for its own GM canola, have sought to plant up to 5000 hectares of the new plants in NSW as trials next year.

 

Network national spokeswoman Julie Newman said the failure of the Wagga trial cast doubt over the plans for a 5000 hectare trial.

 

“If the GM industry can’t even control a small strictly managed trial plot under one hectare, how do they expect to control 5000 hectares of GM canola spread over 60 to 100 sites throughout NSW”? she said.

 

“The obvious difficulty that BayerCorpscience have had I   managing this trial does not inspire confidence within the farming community.”

 

Mrs Newman said that Wagga trial showed how difficult it would be stop contamination of traditional corps by GM crops.

 

“The difficulty in managing the trials shows just how hard it is to remove canola from wheat, and shows how much work neighboring farmers will have to do to try to make sure their crops don’t get contaminated,” she said.

Grant, GM canola has, the potential to be the next Pattersons Curse.  Should this prove correct, Federal Minister for Agriculture, Warren Truss and his Bureaucrats, Australian Gene Technology Regulator Sue Meek, National Party Leader John Anderson, Prime Minister Howard and the Foreign Multi-Nationals Monsanto and Bayer, must be answerable and liable to prosecution should Australia’s Agriculture deteriorate due, in part or it’s entirety to this Unproven Technology.

 

Take note, with a moderate breeze, GM canola can contaminate traditional crops up to a distance of ten K’s
