Attention! Mr. Doug
Cameron
National Party leader John Anderson will have Senator Richard
Alston present the full sale of Telstra Bill to the Upper House next
month. Mr. Anderson's selection of his mate,
Mooree Cotton Farmer, Dick Estens to chair the Committee of Inquiry has led to
a release, of misleading statements, i.e. The Howard Government will legislate
to keep Rural Services up to scratch by, providing 181 million dollars,
"after" they sell Telstra.
Page 37 of the Ministers and Bureaucrats Manual, "use the trust me
tactic". Mr. Anderson, be honest
with Rural Australia, and for that matter Urban Australia. The full privatisation of Telstra will
create an identical scenario to the Sale of the "Peoples Bank", the
Commonwealth, they will self regulate the Telco Industry, reduce staff by
further redundancies, Raise Administration Costs, i.e. Timed Phone Calls, and
repairs of Service Faults will be Solely at the consumers Expense.
"Free Trade?"
The Minister for Trade Mark Vaile, will be attending the World
Trade Organization's (WTO) Forum in Mexico City, Commencing Tomorrow, Thursday
September 11, 2003 and will convene for two weeks. He says his main target, is a discussion on Free Trade with the
USA delegates, it's obvious Mark has problems in pronouncing,
"Gats". The American Congress
passed a Subsidy Bill for their Agriculture and Farming Industry in 2001 for a
ten year period at a cost of 324 Billion dollars. Let's evaluate the break down of these Subsidies, 20% of these
Farmers receive 80% of the total, which equates to 259.2 Billion, whilst the
remaining 80% share 64.8 Billion. These
Subsidised Farmers Donate generously to both the Republican and Democrats
Campaign Funds, with the Presidential Elections to be held in fourteen months
time. Would Messrs Howard, Abbott,
Anderson, Costello, Truss and Vaile tell the People of Australia which American
Senator from what Party, is going to present a motion to Congress, to Rescind
the Farm Subsidy Bill? The truth is, Mark Vaile is at the Forum, to sell off
Australia, lock, stock, and barrel on behalf of the Federal Coalition, ably
supported by deadly silence from the Labor (ALP) Opposition, Greens, Democrats
and the Unions. Why doesn't the Federal
Government be up front and tell us they are signing our democratic rights away
including a fair days pay, for a fair days work and tell us we can "go to
hell".

Gats is the final part of a Politically Bi-Partisan formula,
which can only be implemented if successive Governments upheld the "Lima
Declaration".
I.E. The sell off of major Government Utilities, Deregulate
Industry, Heighten National Debt through Credit, reduce full time workers to
casual employers, Reduce Tariffs on Imports under the Guise of "Free
Trade" to create conflict on Domestic Products, i.e. South American
concentrated Fruit Juices, Pork from Canada and Dairy Products from New Zealand
and finally the Gats test run, when South African Company BGA as the Lowest
Tenderer was awarded the contract to construct the Lake Cargellico Water Tower. Unfortunately BGA was allowed to use
inferior scaffolding from South Africa as well as Native "Slave"
Labourers in which two died and three more were seriously injured when the
Water Tower Collapsed.
Gats is an agreement on Trade in Services. To fully understand Gats, we must return to
March 1975, when the Whitlam government agreed to support the "Lima
Declaration." Australia, listed as
an Advanced Industrial Nation, signed off to transfer our Industrial -
Resources from our Country to the Third World by providing Markets for Third
World Exports, by Importing the Products, we Once Produced. This sell out of Australians was carried
through by successive Governments.
Fraser, Hawke, Keating and Howard aided by total silence from the
Greens, Democrats and Australia's Unions.
The Fraser Government extolled the virtues of this program, under the
Guise of, "The North - South Dialogue".
The Hawke - Keating Government increased the tempo of the
program, by telling Australian's that the Government was working to
internationalise our Economy. The
effect of successive Governments implementation of the "Lima
Declaration" came home to roost on November 12, 1992 with the release of
unemployment figures of 979,000 Australian's out of work, the highest recorded
since the Great Depression of the 1930's.
This was due to the Massive Closures of Manufacturing Plants, more so in
the Textile, Clothing and Foot-Wear Industry; A few survivors set up off shore,
but 300,000 plus became unemployed whilst 175,ooo farmers were forced off their
lands over a period of seventeen years.
At this point I must stress that 99.9% of the Australian
Population were unaware that the "Lima Declaration," Existed. Not satisfied with the unemployment
situation, Keating Proceeded to sell off our National Airline (Qantas) and the
"Peoples Bank," the Commonwealth, which created an additional 80,000
unemployed during the 90's.
To overcome the complaints by many Australian's, the Keating
Government introduced, Creative Accounting for unemployment statistics by
classifying those who worked a couple of hours a fortnight and received their
full benefits, as being fully employed.
This system understated unemployment figures, by a Conservative 100%, in
fact the system was so Deviously Brilliant that when the Howard Government was
elected to power, they adopted it and to this day is being utilized.
In 1994 the Keating Government introduced discussions on the
Gats. From the time the Howard
Government was elected the coalition followed the Keating processes by selling
off 49.9% of Telstra and fully sold Sydney Airport, and went further under the
Guise of their National Competition Policy by Deregulating the Dairy
Industry. This not only forced one
thousand farmers off their land, it meant farm gate milk profits were stripped
from farmers and transferred to Milk Processors and Major Retailers, i.e.
Woolworth, Coles-Myer and Aldi.
Since 1975 not one elected Federal Member has raised concerns
about the effects of the "Lima Declaration", on Australian and
Australian's and unfortunately the same scenario applies to Gats.
