I wish to expand my open letter to you dated 24th November 1997.

I made very serious allegations against the Commonwealth Bank and others. I received a reply from Chris Miles on your behalf.

The replies I have received from law enforcement bodies will be on Internet shortly with your reply. I intend to name all the bank staff and others that were involved in assett stripping of my family, with their home addresses.

When Tony Rigg Welding and manufacturing Pty Ltd was put in liquidation, Price Waterhouse said they would have to take my car to pay for Price Waterhouse fees as no money was in the account. C B A without our knowledge had opened a No. 2 account in the name of Tony Rigg Welding and Manufacturing Pty Ltd and still to-day substantial funds are in that account. C B A and Price Waterhouse were in communication when our company was put into liquidation because of C B A's fraud.

I mentioned Memorandum to Mortgage T340042 briefly, I will expand on this document. It is a four page document written in legal terms. What it says is C B A has absolute power and can sell you up without notice and you do not have to be in default.

Shortly I will explain fractional banking and creation of credit.

When we were desperate caused by C B A, a man turned up totally unannounced and said; For a fee he can get us on the second board of the Stock Exchange with other companies, he showed us a red book from a company which explained second board listing, he issued share certificates for our company and tried to get me to buy a boat with these shares which were worthless. If I had, I would have gone to prison for fraud. We learnt this man had been in prison for fraud and car theft. This evidence was in a Sydney newspaper. He was acting as a financial consultant. My question is, how did he know that we were desperate?

The G documents I mentioned are from C B A treasury in Sydney, saying words to the effect; How to extract more interest from small business, as they have not the bargaining power of large business. I have been told at least 3000 of these documents exist.

My wife and I had a meeting with Stuart Judge, former manager of C B A Nowra. He said, "we don't care if things are good or bad, when they are bad, we put the interest up, sit back and watch the money roll in". Then he said, "I know people who can't buy meat anymore". This is just one of the gems in my submission to the Banking Enquiry. I made a formal complaint to my Federal Member at the time, John Sharp and of course Judge denied making that statement.

When our case is put to rest, bank staff and others could well be in prison for a very long time, with possible forfeiture of property.

Corporations could well face very heavy fines, as nobody is above the law, everybody is equal before the law which is guaranteed by our Constitution, the Cimes Act, International Covenant for the protection of civil and political rights, Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission.
